McDonalds

Dear sir, madam,

Since we have moved to the UK from the Netherlands, I've been disappointed by virtually every one of my visits to the McDonalds. Mainly by two general problems. One, I haven't been able to get any mayonaise at any of the restaurant I've visited. And with mayonaise I don't mean the normal sad kind you can get in almost every store and restaurants except for McDonalds, but the special greenish kind. I understand that the UK is less mayonaise-focussed than the Netherlands are, but the greenish mayonaise always appeared to me as the trademark of McDonalds, independent of the countries I was in. I really can't imagine a McDonalds without it. It's amazing and my absolute favourite. Is there any chance you might want to brighten up the day for a Dutch girl stuck in London and I would be able to get it in London in the near future? It is not something the security guys at the airport are very happy about if you stuff your suitcases with it.

The second point is the McFlurry. I don't think your employees understand the idea of the McFlurry. That big, funny spoon is not made to eat it with, it is supposed to be used to mix up the ice cream and the whatever-flavour-you-put-on-there and you receive it mixed, nice & cold and not at all melted. If I wanted a regular ice cream with smarties toppings, I could get a normal ice cream and just mash smarties on top. That is not the point of the McFlurry. So yes, I've been spending my first few minutes after buying a McFlurry mixing it up myself. It's not just a waste of time, while I could be enjoying my McFlurry, it's also melting during that time. The idea of the McFlurry is so great, but I'm afraid whoever implemented it in the UK, just totally missed it. Maybe you should sent some of your employees to the Netherlands for instructions on how to make a McFlurry. And while they're there, have them pickup a big batch of green mayonaise as well!

Thank you very much in advance,

kind regards,
